TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE AN INDEPENDENT LIVING SENIOR HOUSING FACILITY
The Village of Woodridge is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified developers/owners to own, develop, and operate an independent living senior housing facility on a 3.4 acre parcel located in the Janes Avenue neighborhood. See attachment for entire RFQ.

A pre-submission meeting will be held at the Village of Woodridge Village Hall at 5 Plaza Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517 on January 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to ensure that all applicants understand the submittal requirements. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.
Questions, clarifications, or requests for additional information regarding the RFQ must be made to the Village by email to the attention of Jenny Walden, Senior Planner, at jwalden@vil.woodridge.il.us. A list of questions received and answers given will periodically be posted on this website. It is the responsibility of the applicant to monitor this site prior to submission to obtain additional information which may be pertinent to the proposal.
