Water Bill Payment Overview
Woodridge's Water Billing Online Service offers customers a convenient method to pay their water bill, review current charges, review billing history, water consumption and meter readings. The consumption report feature provides color graphs to compare historical water usage by billing period for the last few years. This service may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. will post to the following day.

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or e-check.
Information listed below will provide you with the steps to register for this service. Registration is only necessary the first time you access the system. For future access, simply click the Water Bill Payments link or bookmark the page in Internet Explorer. Once signed onto the water billing payment system, click the Make Payments button.
Registration
Step 1 - Click on Create Password on the left menu
- Enter your water account number (dash included)
- Enter Cycle and Route Number (found on your water statement)
- Click on Submit button
Step 2 - Registration Information
- Enter New PIN (4 characters)
- Re-type New PIN
- Enter Password hint
- Enter your personal e-mail address. Click the Submit button. A confirmation email message will be sent to you immediately!
Step 3 - Email Address Verification Message
- Click on the "link" provided in the email. If you are unable to click on the link, please copy and paste the link into your browser address line.
- Enter your water account number and new PIN
- Click Sign-On button
- A window will appear with the following message: Your account has been enabled. Please click below to sign into the system. Click on the Sign-On button.
