The Village of Woodridge provides water to most residents. Some Woodridge residents receive water service from Illinois-American Water Company. The Village requires 7-10 days to start or stop water services. Water bills are mailed every other month.
Online Water Payment System: The Village of Woodridge's Online Water Payment System offers the following services: Online payment of water billing statement, review of current billed charges, statement history, water consumption history and water meter reading history. Click on the link above to access this system. Water bills may be paid online by e-check or credit card.
Direct Debit Payments: Direct debit is your authorization for the Village of Woodridge to automatically draft your checking or savings account for payment of your water bill. Your account will always be drafted on the due date that is printed on your water bill. There are two methods to set up direct debit payments.
- Fill out a Direct Debit Agreement form and return with a voided check. You may download this form by clicking on the Direct Debit Payments link above.
- Contact Water Billing at (630) 719-4718 or email your request to dparpet@vil.woodridge.il.us to request a Direct Debit Agreement form.
By Mail: Check payments* can be mailed to the Village of Woodridge, Five Plaza Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517
In Person: Cash, check*, or credit card payments can be made in person at the Village Hall
*Authorization to convert your check to an Electronic Funds Transfer Debit - When paying by check, you authorize the Village of Woodridge to convert the check into an electronic funds transfer. Please be aware that your bank account may be debited as soon as the same day we receive your payment.

*The Village of Woodridge is on a sticker program for refuse collection. You do not need to call Waste Management to set up service. Simply place one refuse sticker on each trash can or bag and leave curbside on your trash collection day. Refuse stickers can be purchased at the Village Hall located at Five Plaza Drive or at most Dominick and Jewel Food Stores within the Village. The stickers may be used on trash containers up to 33 gallons. The Village also encourages recycling. Recycling bins may be purchased for $8.00 each at the Village Hall or at the Department of Public Works at One Plaza Drive. When water service has been disconnected for nonpayment, the full amount of the bill, plus a restoration fee, must be paid prior to service being restored. Contact Water Billing at (630) 719-4718.
